BONAIRE

Bonaire is an island nation in the Southern Caribbean that was once discovered by the Spanish and Dutch, and until recently existed as part of the Netherlands Antilles. Its far-flung history may be all over the map… but you’ll find the island itself located just right on your map. Also just right is the climate - the annual average is 81.5° F - so you’ll have plenty of reasons to want to spend time outdoors. When in the water, diving and snorkeling are some of the best ways to see the reef surrounding the island… or even just to cool off.

• Enjoy world-class snorkeling in crystal-clear water among coral reefs that line the coasts of Bonaire.
• Tour Lac Bay National Park aboard a RIB-powered boat - the park is one of the best-preserved mangrove forests in the Caribbean.
• See the salt beds in Pekelmeer, also home to thousands of pink flamingoes.
