Adventure begins when you leave the pier and arrive at the inviting palapa entrance of Chankanaab Park. A stroll past shimmering fountains and waterfalls lead to Dolphin Discovery Cozumel - the world's largest dolphinarium—set against the big blue Caribbean Sea. An informative presentation by the Dolphin trainers prepares you for the fun to come in your Dolphin Royal Swim with Buffet & National Beach Park shore excursion.

It's time to meet the Dolphins! Everyone in your group will be outfitted with a life vest and stands on a submerged platform in waist-deep water. Get to know your Dolphin friends with an educational session as your certified trainers share the anatomy and physiology of these amazing marine mammals. The world famous Dolphin Kiss is next and then out into the deeper waters of the Caribbean Sea for the foot push where two Dolphins will help you fly across the surface just like Superman. Then the dorsal tow as you grab the dorsal fins of two Dolphins and glide back to your friends and family. This is the most complete Dolphin program in the Caribbean and not to be missed!

From the Dolphin Discovery area, head to the Sea Lion Show, included for Carnival guests, where you and other Carnival Cruise guests laugh out loud as you watch the hilarious antics of the three resident sea lions. Born entertainers, the sea lions “sing,” dance and leap with joy during the 20-minute show.

Your time is then free to explore the wonders of Chankanaab Park, a lush conservation area that is Cozumel's most popular attraction. Bring your gear, or rent on-site, as snorkeling at the colorful reef and protected areas is available in the Park.

Walk around the park to discover all that Chankanaab has to offer, as you become witness to the many cultures of Mexico in the archeological replica area, paths in the jungle at every turn with Mayan replicas and other ancient Mexican cultures including a real Mayan village, also you will have many photo opportunities at Chankanaab Lagoon a real natural aquarium, filled with tropical fish.

Stroll the park's colorful botanical gardens and Tequila Village or take a cool dip in the pool. Your magical day at the National Park ends with the short taxi ride back to your Carnival cruise ship.

Book today to see some of Cozumel's most amazing animals, including Bottlenose Dolphins, Sea lions and Manatees. This Cozumel shore excursion is an exciting way to add fun ashore to your fun afloat.
