There are several options for parking. You may park in the Official Port of Galveston's lot or you may park in privately operated parking lots. Click the links below for more information!

 Official Port of Galveston's Parking Lots

The parking lots are located just 4/10 of a mile from the Cruise Ship Terminal. The parking lots are paved, drained, fenced, and lighted. Gates will be locked upon vessel departure and no entry will be available on non-cruise days. Lots are to be monitored by Port police every two hours.

You must go to the cruise terminal first and drop off your luggage. After dropping off your luggage, you must drive your vehicle to the parking lot and you will be transported back to the terminal by a shuttle.

Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, and Master Card are accepted. The rates are:

  • 4-Day Cruise: Uncovered - $40
  • 5-Day Cruise: Uncovered - $45
  • 7-Day Cruise: Uncovered - $65

     Private Lot Operated as Lighthouse Parking

    ALL spaces at Lighthouse Parking are covered. They will shuttle your party with luggage rather than making you drop off luggage at the terminal first. Get an even better rate by booking in advance.

     Private Lot Operated as Galveston Park n Cruise

    Galveston Park n Cruise is 1 block from the cruise terminal. Since it's close enough to walk, there is no need to wait on a shuttle. Galveston Park n Cruise also offers secured indoor parking.

     Private Lot Operated as Discount Cruise Parking

    Discount Cruise Parking is the closest lot to I-45, shuttling passengers and their luggage to and from the cruise terminal. They are a customer service oriented parking lot. Beverages & hotdogs are for sale on site prior to boarding the shuttle to the terminal. Customers can also relax and play checkers or dance to island music. This parking lot's motto is: "Your Vacation begins with Us".
